DescriptionAs a Recruiting Senior Specialist for US Recruiting Operations, you will deliver a superior candidate and client experience through excellent customer service and quality, use effective time management and organizational skills to ensure the timeliness, completion and accuracy of all requests according to the policy and guidelines while maintaining data integrity. In this role, you will interact with candidates, legal partners, Recruiting Managers, Stakeholders, Hiring Managers/Executives, Technology and other areas of Human Resources as needed.
Job responsibilities:
- Gain end to end knowledge of the Green Card Perm and Layoff processes
- Assist in resolving escalations/issues.
- Act as a Subject-Matter Expert and POC while meeting all functional goals and metrics.
- Participate in process improvement-related projects.
- Actively manage, dispatch and work on incoming requests.
- Maintain SharePoint sites and mail boxes used for demand intake process and reporting needs.
- Facilitate meetings and trainings as needed.
- Manage, assist and work closely with law firms, legal partners, stakeholders, and recruiting partners across different job levels.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 3 year experience in a US Recruitment role, or equivalent experience in any HR facet (i.e. GES, Recruitment, etc.) required.
- Strong stakeholder management background managing clients across different job levels, a preference
- This role requires meticulous attention to detail
- Be customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Be able to work under pressure and handle high volumes meeting deadlines
- Tech Acumen: comfortable working with tools/automation/robotics
- Have strong presentation, verbal and written communication
- Ability to perform Research & Investigation
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Internet are required
- Have strong attention to detail, strong follow through and results oriented
- Proven ability to work in a virtual team environment
