We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee treasury operations within our organization based in New York, New York. This role involves managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and optimizing treasury processes across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive team performance.

Responsibilities:
• Approve wires, transactions, and disbursements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor and reconcile cash activities, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Analyze banking fees, foreign exchange transactions, and treasury expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team by establishing priorities, allocating tasks, and supporting growth with attention to detail.
• Oversee daily cash positioning and banking operations, maintaining consistency in controls and procedures.
• Manage bank account administration, including account openings, closures, and authorized signatory updates.
• Collaborate with property accounting teams, bookkeepers, and external providers to address cash-related issues.
• Coordinate responses and documentation for internal and external audit processes.
• Utilize Excel to analyze cash flow trends, operational metrics, and reporting.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury management or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in corporate treasury operations and capital management.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Expertise in managing cash flow, banking operations, and financial controls.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with tenant rent collection processes and collaboration with property management teams.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements for greater operational efficiency.
