Join J.P. Morgan in Bengaluru as a Finance Integrations Product Delivery Senior Associate, where you'll help deliver cutting-edge digital products and services that power our global business. You'll collaborate with talented teams, expand your skills, and contribute to projects that transform financial operations. We offer a diverse, inclusive environment focused on career growth, learning, and meaningful impact.As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Finance Integrations team, you will ensure new digital products and services are seamlessly integrated into J.P. Morgan's firmwide finance, risk, treasury, cash management, and regulatory reporting systems. Work closely with product, technology, and control teams to design, test, and implement new solutions. Partner with stakeholders across the firm to understand requirements and drive process improvements and play a key role in supporting product launches and ongoing enhancements, helping us deliver best-in-class financial services.
Job responsibilities
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define and update processes and controls for new product launches
• Communicate requirements clearly to enable effective design and implementation of new functionalities
• Support the design, development, validation, testing, and deployment of banking processes and controls
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services trends and regulations to inform recommendations
• Liaise with stakeholders across the firm to gather requirements and drive solutions
• Analyze and interpret reporting and regulatory requirements at both local and US levels
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Experience in banking products, processes, reporting standards, and control frameworks
• Extensive experience planning, prioritizing, and delivering in large-scale project environments
• Application of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
• Experience in process discovery, design, testing, and improvement within banking
• Ability to collaborate with product, process design, operations, finance, risk, and treasury teams
• Independent decision-making skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Accounting or financial qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with regulations such as CRR/CRD, DGSD, PSD, FRB, SEC, PRA, FCA, BaFin, Bundesbank, ECB
• Awareness of Agile principles, processes, and best practices
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
