About the Role

The Senior Manager, Finance Manager, Group Healthcare Provision will support in areas of ERP implementation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and internal controls. You will also play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring financial integrity across the Group entities.

Key Responsibilities
• To be involved in post-deal financial integration, which includes (but not limited to) implementing ERP for Finance and Procurement module.
• Develop dashboards to accurately track financial performance across Group entities.
• Support and guide the Group entities in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and support business continuity planning.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8 -10 years of experience in Finance, preferably with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to swiftly adapt to changes.
