Job Description
As a Senior Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing all financial operations and reporting.
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Preparing accurate and timely financial statements and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborating with internal departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Leading and mentoring the accounting and finance team to ensure high performance.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Maintaining strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in the property industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Competitive salary package between HKD 960000 and HKD 1080000 annually.
