Your new role

• Lead and manage daily finance operations and financial planning & analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and reporting standards.
• Oversee supply chain finance activities, including inventory management, demand planning support, and cost control.
• Optimise working capital and monitor stock levels, logistics costs, and procurement spending.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align financial and commercial objectives.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Partner with the leadership team on annual planning, forecasting, and long-term strategy.
• Perform in-depth sales and commercial analysis to support business decisions.
• Provide insights on product performance, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline; CPA / ACCA is preferred.
• 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of both finance operations and supply chain processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, expanding, and dynamic business environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
