Description
- Purpose: Support a leading renewable power and transition platform's investment strategy in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage legal aspects of M&A, capital management, and disposals, including due diligence and documentation review.
- Advise on regulatory submissions and coordinate with external counsel.
- Oversee legal issues for existing portfolio companies (contracts, litigation, regulatory).
- Collaborate with internal groups such as Tax, Accounting, Risk, and Compliance.
- Requirements:
- Law degree (Honours preferred) and qualified in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction.
- 8+ years' post-admission experience in finance, ECM/DCM, or M&A at a top-tier law firm; in-house experience valued.
- Background in renewable energy, infrastructure, or real assets in Southeast Asia preferred.
- Strong communicator, analytical thinker, and results-driven professional.
