We're now looking for a Senior Product Manager for Generative AI to work on strategic, high-impact engagements across the region. You'll help our clients navigate User-centric Product mindset and GenAI adoption across PDLC and SDLC with speed, safety and measurable business value - and drive full-stack product delivery from concept to scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with client innovation teams, digital units and executive stakeholders to define GenAI product strategy aligned with business goals and sector-specific needs
• Translate AI potential into product roadmaps, MVPs and scalable rollouts - across both public and private sector organizations
• Lead discovery workshops and opportunity mapping in high-value use cases for energy, healthcare, retail and government
• Collaborate with global EPAM engineering, data science and design teams to ensure robust, compliant and impactful delivery
• Ensure data privacy, localization and ethical AI practices are built into product design and implementation
• Guide clients through AI adoption maturity - from first pilot to enterprise-wide integration

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience in product management, in AI/data-driven solutions or enterprise platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business or a related field
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development or digital transformation in Energy. Ideally with upstream oil development process knowledge (geomodelling)
• Practical working experience of GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs) and AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Strong client consulting skills - you can communicate AI value to business and technical audiences
• Familiarity with Middle East regulatory frameworks, sovereign cloud or sector-specific compliance (e.g., healthcare data privacy)
• Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural delivery teams across business, design, data and engineering

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior experience with UAE-based or GCC-region digital programs
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock
• Arabic language skills (not required, but a plus)
