Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Job Opportunity - Nashville, TN Outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist - Nashville, Tennessee Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our academic behavioral health team at Centennial Parthenon Pavilion Medical Center in Nashville. This is a full-time, outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatry opportunity offering an exceptional work-life balance with no call responsibilities, Graduate Medical Faculty Education (GME) involvement, and active clerkship in medical student education. This position is ideal for child psychiatrists seeking a collaborative outpatient practice environment with meaningful academic involvement, mentorship opportunities, and leadership growth potential. Child Psychiatrist Position Highlights Full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist position 100% outpatient psychiatry practice No call responsibilities Monday-Friday outpatient schedule Academic psychiatry opportunity with strong GME involvement Faculty role with resident and medical student education Clerkship in medical school psychiatry training Collaborate with fellows, residents, PMHNPs, and multidisciplinary teams Opportunity to help shape future Child & Adolescent Psychiatry training initiatives Supportive physician leadership and administrative infrastructure Established outpatient behavioral health referral network Key Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for child and adolescent patients Deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric care in a collaborative clinical environment Participate in Graduate Medical Education (GME) activities and physician training Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows Clerkship in psychiatry education and academic development Collaborate with APPs, therapists, and multidisciplinary behavioral health teams Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Qualifications Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry required or eligible Tennessee medical license or ability to obtain licensure Interest in academic psychiatry, teaching, and mentorship Strong communication and collaborative care skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive psychiatrist salary with productivity incentives Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan options Paid time off and CME support Malpractice coverage provided Stable outpatient-only schedule with no call Leadership, teaching, and academic development opportunities Why Nashville, Tennessee?
