Description
Join a leading co-educational independent school providing administrative and operational support. Your new companyHays has partnered with a leading co-educational school in Brisbane to recruit a Programs & School Administration Officer. You will join a school which is committed to delivering the highest standard of education from the ages of 15 months to 16 years. Located on the Brisbane river in Fig Tree Pocket, you will work to support a truly unique educational setting.
Your new role
As the Programs & Schools Administration Officer, you will support the effective and compliant operation of the early childhood and school programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily administrative and operational support to executive leaders
- Maintain student and program documentation
- Assist with enrolment processes, ensuring smooth placement and transitions for new students
- Assist with procurement, resource organisation and classroom material management
- Maintain documentation in line with regulatory standards
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including with students and their families.
- Previous experience in administration in early childhood or educational settings highly regarded
- Understanding of NQF, ECEC licencing and child-safety frameworks is highly desirable.
- Certificate III in Business Administration, Education support or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Current Blue Card or ability to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates or willingness to obtain
