In this role, you will be part of the Digital and Technology team and work in a global and multinational team atmosphere. The Delivery Manager / Program Manager for Core HR, Finance & Workplace Transformation leads the delivery, stability, and modernization of enterprise platforms supporting HR operations, payroll, workforce management, finance processes, and employee experience solutions at the firm.
This role requires broad domain expertise, advanced technical judgment, strong delivery governance, and the ability to guide teams through complex cross-functional programs. The Delivery Manager ensures stable operations while driving strategic transformation-including digital HR/Finance modernization, workflow automation, and workplace experience enhancements-to meet business, compliance, and global technology standards.
The role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Security, enterprise architecture, engineering teams, and global corporate HQ counterparts to deliver secure, integrated, and future-ready systems
Responsibilities:
Platform Stability & Operational / Delivery Excellence
- Ensure performance, stability, and accuracy of Core HR, payroll, workforce management, and Finance systems (e.g., SAP EC/ECP, SAP FI/CO, UKG, local HR/Fin platforms).
- Oversee incident, problem, and change processes in alignment with statutory and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams to maintain integrated, secure, and compliant platforms.
- Manage end-to-end application lifecycle and proactively drive risk mitigation.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement systemic improvements to support continuous operational reliability.
Technology Strategy & Delivery
• Lead delivery of enhancements, integrations, upgrades, regulatory changes, and digital transformation programs across HR, Finance, and workplace systems.
• Translate business needs into a clear, enterprise-aligned technology roadmap that supports HR/Finance modernization and employee experience initiatives.
• Partner with Solution Architecture on design decisions involving Cloud HR, integrations, data flows, analytics, identity/access, and workflow automation.
• Lead internal teams and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery, compliance readiness (labor law, tax, payroll), and long-term sustainability.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture, data governance, and global UDX/NBCU standards.
Cross-Team Collaboration, Team Culture, Staff Development
• Develop engineering and functional capabilities across HR, Finance, and workplace domains.
• Coach team members on technical, functional, and delivery skills, ensuring strong domain understanding and operational excellence.
• Build strong partnerships with HR operations, payroll, workforce management, Finance controllers, procurement, PMO, and Legal.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the delivery value stream.
Administrative
• Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and licensing costs for HR and Finance technology platforms.
• Approve expenditures with an ownership mindset and ensure adherence to finance, audit, compliance, and EHS requirements.
• Provide leadership updates on delivery progress, risks, compliance activities, KPIs, and system performance.
• Supervise team members according to organizational policies and standards..
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established USJ policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• 9+ years in enterprise technology delivery or systems management, with significant experience in HR, payroll, Finance, or workforce systems.
• Experience supervising technical/functional professionals and managing vendor ecosystems.
• Background in HRIS, HR operations, payroll operations, Finance process automation, or enterprise workforce platforms preferred. Advantageous if you have the following:
o Expertise in HR and Finance enterprise platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors (EC/ECP), SAP FI/CO, UKG, payroll engines, time & attendance, and employee experience platforms.
o Deep understanding of HR/Finance system integrations, payroll interfaces, identity management, data security, and regulatory workflows.
o Experience designing or evaluating integration architectures across HR, Finance, workforce scheduling, identity, and analytics platforms.
o Proven ability to support modernization initiatives: Cloud HR adoption, Finance system transformation, integration rationalization, automation, workflow digitization, and self-service enablement.
o Strong capability to assess feasibility, compliance implications, and long-term maintainability of HR and Finance systems.
• Extensive budget, people, and vendor management experience. Also has risk management experience.
• Skilled in evaluating solution designs, engineering approaches, and vendor technical proposals.
