Position Title: Program Coordinator, Practicum and Internship (remote)

Location: Remote, with the ability to travel to campuses and other locations
Compensation: Antioch University offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes both direct and indirect pay. The compensation will be based on experience, education, knowledge, credentials, and a consideration of the difficulty and complexity of the position. The minimum hourly rate for this position is: $22.00.
Position Summary
This Program Coordinator, Practicum and Internship supports all Practicum and Internship clinical processes for Division III in the Counseling, Psychology, Therapy (CPT) School, and helps coordinate clinical onboarding and support, clinical course planning, Brightspace processes and access for faculty and students. Additionally, the Coordinator works closely with the Program Coordinator II: Practicum and Internship Processes to process affiliation agreement and other clinical processes. The Program Coordinator ensures a welcoming, customer focused environment for students, staff, faculty and site supervisors.
The Coordinator works with the Administrative Director to plan, administer, and oversee Clinical Intensive Residencies and weekend deliveries. This is a student-facing position that excels at engaging with students and faculty on a regular basis.
The Coordinator works with students, faculty, Practicum and Internship sites, and other university offices as needed. Programs include, but are not limited to: CMHC MA Keene, NH, Seattle, WA, Yellow Springs, OH, CMHC MA Online/low residency, School Counseling, CMHC Art Therapy Concentration, CMHC Drama Therapy Concentration, and PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Faculty and Student Support
- Coordinate student communication for Practicum and Internship program with the clinical team during the student onboarding process; per CACREP, the Program Coordinator will provide both group and individual support to counseling students to help students find fieldwork sites that are sufficient to provide the quality, quantity, and variety of expected experiences for counselors-in-training
- Respond to student and faculty questions regarding the Practicum and Internship processes
- Update and audit graduating student hour logs to ensure readiness to confer in collaboration with the Program Coordinator II
- Review active students in Supervision Assist once each semester, coordinating withdrawn or graduated students with the clinical and academic teams
- Track formative and summative student evaluations of students counseling performance
- Coordinate audits of section rosters to ensure students are correctly registered each semester, communicating registration change needs to relevant individuals
- Coordinate clinical course registration process in collaboration with the relevant Program Coordinators, administrating the clinical onboarding process
- Coordinate Brightspace access to ensure faculty and students have access to relevant sites; review Brightspace sites prior to start of term to ensure all are prepared for term.
- Assist with tracking clinical data and reporting for CACREP accreditation to ensure program compliance
- Coordinate Clinical Handbook updates annually
- Provide support to faculty and students, and Administrative Director in preparation and planning for Clinical Intensive Residencies or weekends on campus
- Attend Clinical Intensive Residencies and provide in-person administrative support and oversight
Practicum and Internship Sites
- Coordinate and review affiliation agreements in Supervision Assist and identify those that are expiring and if needed, coordinate affiliation agreement renewals to keep contracts up to date
- Ensure that all Field Work Site Supervisors have submitted necessary paperwork to adhere to CACREP Fieldwork Site Supervisor qualifications; follow-up with those who have not Track data in Supervision Assist to ensure students are logging hours and compliant with program clinical expectationsMaintain data base of active Practicum and Internship sitesProvide communication to Clinical Site Supervisors including Professional Development Opportunities, required CACREP communication (e.g., Annual Program Review), Information Sessions, etc.Document communication with Site Supervisors, per CACREP standardsRespond to Practicum and Internship site questions.Maintain up-to-date electronic student files

Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of related experience or combination of education, experience and training
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), and experience with databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Occasional weekends are required

Hours of Employment
This is a full-time position serving a national university. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor.
