Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the JP Morgan HR department and grow your career in process automation.As a Payroll Automation Specialist - Associate in our HR Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for streamlining and automating payroll processes to improve efficiency and optimize workflows. You will work with Alteryx and/or UiPath software.
Job responsibilities
- Work with technology using Alteryx or UiPath to create the required infrastructure to support the capability of low-code automation
- Support aspects of the process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous process improvement
- Utilize intelligent automation solutions which allows the team to automate functions and deliver benefits including capacity creation, risk reduction, and the streamlining of operational processes
- Manage and support with the implementation of projects and initiatives
- Support payroll team with processing activities if and when required
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Alteryx Designer Certification
- UiPath Certified
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx or UiPath in an enterprise environment
- Experience in deploying workflows to Alteryx Server or UiPath Orchestrator
- Experience and a proven ability to gather complex operational processes and analyze effective/improved solutions.
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Elevated understanding of business analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently using own initiative
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
