We’re seeking a detail driven, process focused Payor Relations Administration Manager to lead the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of our payor contracting operations. This role is central to ensuring all payor related activities are documented in Salesforce accurately, timely, and completely, while also driving process improvements, leading administrative projects, and supporting the operational performance of the Payor Relations team.

*Candidates must reside in Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR metropolitan area to be considered for this role. This is a hybrid position. We’re excited to welcome local talent or those already planning a move; however, this position does not include relocation support*
What You’ll Do
- Drive operational and financial performance through accurate administration of Salesforce and payor contracts.
- Ensure precise maintenance of all contract details, payor accounts, and price books in Salesforce, maintaining data integrity at all times.
- Identify, prioritize, and document process improvement opportunities within Salesforce; write requirements and manage projects through IT to implement enhancements.
- Extract, analyze, and report on Salesforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date contract records, agreements, price books, and related data.
- Independently manage projects and participate in key cross-functional meetings.
- Conduct contract negotiations when appropriate.
- Research and interpret coverage policies, laws, and statutes relevant to our products and payor relationships.
- Monitor payor websites, newsletters, and policy updates that may impact RS Medical products or contracts.
- Update and verify information on contracting portals and websites.
- Prepare and review correspondence related to payors and contracts.
- Communicate potential contract-related issues to leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and adhere to corporate processes, procedures, and work instructions.
- Support company initiatives and demonstrate RS Medical’s core values.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Two years of medical contracting experience, or a college degree with equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate+).
- Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Experience in creating reports and analyzing data from Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy across complex administrative workflows.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to make sound administrative decisions and work both independently and collaboratively.
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to work with a variety of personalities and work styles.

Additional Necessities
This role is performed in a general office environment and may involve:
- Frequent talking, sitting, typing, and repetitive hand/wrist motions.
- Occasional bending, standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs.).
- Occasional travel as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with healthcare reimbursement processes and insurance payor systems.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools and best practices.
- Contract management or compliance certification (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM, CCMA).
- Knowledge of medical device or healthcare compliance requirements.
- Ability to develop and deliver internal training programs.
- Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards.
