Jacksonville law firm seeking a Part-Time Associate Attorney to support a busy commercial real estate transactional practice. The practice focuses on commercial acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development projects, and real estate financing.
The position involves substantial drafting and transactional work, including preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, construction contracts, and related real estate documents. Responsibilities also include review of title commitments and surveys, coordination of due diligence, and preparation of closing documentation.
Qualifications
- Member in good standing with The Florida Bar
- At least 2+ years of legal experience preferred
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Prior real estate or other transactional experience preferred
- Candidates with experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials are encouraged to apply
