Description
We’re seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Office Accountant to support our real estate operations in Marathon, Florida. This role requires strong proficiency in QuickBooks, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage multiple accounting tasks with accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage bookkeeping in QuickBooks: record transactions, reconcile accounts, and support monthend closing.

Utilize Excel to build and maintain spreadsheets, create reports and provide data analysis.

Prepare and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet) and assist with forecasting/budgeting.

Collaborate with property/leasing teams to ensure accurate recognition of revenue and expenses.

Maintain and reconcile trust/escrow (or realestate specific) accounts as applicable.

Ensure strong internal controls, timely reconciliations, and audit readiness.
Qualifications:

2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably in real estate or propertymanagement environment.

Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) and advanced Excel skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.

Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent communication.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not required.
