This position will work closely and report to the VP Licensing & Partnerships EMEA and APAC.
Mission:
Lead, build and manage an aspirational multi-brands portfolio with focus on L.O.L. Surprise, Rainbow High, Little Tikes and Bratz, with aim to achieve highly profitable best in class licensing programs. He/She provides business vision and leadership and works collaboratively with agents, distributors and various MGA teams and other divisions within the MGA organization to deliver common franchise and financial goals. He/She will be given predefined goal of meeting or exceeding redetermined revenue targets and growth objectives per region and country.

Responsibilities:
Person Specification/Experience:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Support the development and execution of mid to long-term sales and marketing strategies, per IP, with corresponding forecasts and budget deliverables across categories and markets.
- Collaborate with country agents, retailers, promotional partners, manufacturers, and distributors to initiate programs per category, helping build retail presence and expand the business base while identifying new partners.
- Represent MGA as a strong, reliable licensor in assigned categories and regions; serve as a proactive daily counterpart to local business communities and help build brand positioning.
- Pitch, manage and execute deals within Digital, Publishing, Entertainment and Food & Beverage categories for EMEA, working closely with VP Licensing, agents, design, approvals, and cross-category licensing teams.
- Support the launch of new brands and help maximize exposure of existing brands in alignment with program milestones.
- Participate in annual strategic planning and support quarterly performance reviews to track progress and opportunities.
- Identify potential brand collaborations that align with target demographics and enhance MGA IP positioning.
- Coordinate with the LA office on brand marketing, financial reporting, and legal documentation. Manage approval processes for assigned categories.
- Work with MGA EMEA offices and distributor market representatives to align retail initiatives and support brand launches.
- Collaborate with the toy sales team on larger activations, with emphasis on retail implementation and cross-promotions.
- Demonstrated ability to sell across multiple markets, ideally with experience in the licensing industry.
- Proven ability to sell in various countries, ideally with a good track record in the licensing industry.

Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English; additional European languages a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree; 5–7+ years’ experience in licensing sales, retail sales, or brand/consumer packaged goods.
- Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining sales and business relationships.
- Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close licensing contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to revenue growth.
- Knowledge of Gaming/ Publishing/ European toy/ licensing markets.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong cost-awareness regarding travel and budgeting.
- Effective communicator who collaborates willingly, proactively seeks information, and works well cross-functionally.
