Description

As a React Developer, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge web technologies and see your solutions make an immediate impact. We value innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning-your contributions will be recognized and rewarded.As a React Developer in our trading technology team, you will design and develop high-performance UIs for multiple asset classes. You will work closely with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless trading experiences. Your role will involve integrating front-end applications with live data streams, maintaining component libraries, and ensuring quality through automated testing. You will help drive architecture decisions and best practices, contributing to a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain real-time trading UIs using React, Next.js, NX, and Material UI
- Integrate front-end applications with live data streaming via WebSocket
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless trading experiences
- Implement and maintain component libraries and design systems using Storybook
- Ensure quality and reliability through Visual Regression Testing (VRTs) and automated test suites
- Optimize performance for demanding, data-intensive applications
- Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices for scalable, maintainable codebases
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate proficiency in building complex React applications
- Show strong skills with React and TypeScript
- Apply experience with real-time data handling
- Utilize Storybook for UI component development and documentation
- Use Visual Regression Testing (VRTs) and modern testing frameworks such as Jest and Testing Library
- Understand HTML and CSS
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bring experience in financial services or trading platforms
- Possess knowledge of asset classes such as equities, FX, or fixed income
- Demonstrate familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Contribute to open-source projects or technical blogs
