Description
Kinexys Digital Assets is a pioneering multi-asset tokenization platform that enables clients to unlock untapped utility for their financial assets.As a Program Manager Vice President in Kinexys Digital Assets, you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products. As a core contributor of the team, you align the needs of clients in the market, as well as the price and position of our products. You will serve as a trusted partner to the Head of Web3 Solutions, Partnerships and Research (SPR), driving strategic and operational alignment across the team and connecting on day-to-day execution of long-term organizational goals and amplifying their effectiveness.

Job responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior
- Performs market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvements
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets
- Communicates regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure our products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on time
- Advises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checks
- Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across Kinexys and other functions (i.e. Technology, Finance, Legal, Security, Strategic Investment, Third Party Oversight, etc.) acting as a liaison between the Head of Web3 SPR and cross-functional partners.
- Own business oversight as a business program manager for high-impact, dynamic initiatives and other strategic Web3 initiatives led by Technology or other Kinexys businesses.
- Providing regular, action-oriented communication to management team including status, timelines, challenges, solutions, and risks.
- Develop high-quality reporting and executive-level communications to enable clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making.
- Establish and track KDA project/program milestones aligning to OKRs and provide program status updates and visibility in operational review meetings.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
- Strong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
- Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple stakeholders, including third-party relationships.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and understanding of Web3, banking, finance, and payments ecosystems.
- Demonstrated technical comfortability and strategic insight, with the ability to link technical systems to business objectives.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical partners to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Willingness to learn, create and operationalize processes unique to the initiatives at Kinexys.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to break down a problem down into smaller, logical, and actionable parts.
- A self-starter and innovative problem solver, especially with difficult problems never faced before.
- High proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Microsoft-suite, Lucid, Figma.
