About our client

Our client is a Dubai-based single-family office with a global investment footprint. The team manages a diversified portfolio across direct investments, co-investments, fund commitments and a range of SPV structures. They are looking to hire an Investment Associate to support both the investment and financial reporting functions. What the job involves

• Support investment research, due diligence and financial analysis across funds, direct deals and co-investments
• Review data rooms and prepare internal summaries and recommendations
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, performance tracking and investment presentations
• Prepare memos and materials for senior leadership
• Support financial reporting for SPVs and operating entities across multiple jurisdictions
• Liaise with external accounting providers and respond to accounting-related queries
• Assist with audit processes and maintain high-quality reporting standards
• Contribute to financial materials and analysis for internal and external stakeholders

Who we are looking for

• The client is only accepted CVs from candidates already based in the UAE
• Experience in audit, fund accounting, private equity audit or a hybrid accounting/investment role
• Strong accounting foundations; ACCA qualification (or progress towards it) is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident written and verbal communicator; able to prepare and present work to senior leadership
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a lean team with shifting priorities
• Team-oriented, reliable and capable of taking initiative without close supervision
• Ideally based in the UAE or with strong familiarity with the regional market
