Position Description:

LFPE S.A. is a private equity advisory company with investment focus on Europe, North America and Asia. LFPE S.A. is part of LFPI Group. LFPI Group is a premier independent multi-strategy alternative asset manager, originally sponsored by Lazard. The group has approximately €27 billion of assets under management and invests in private equity (direct and fund investments), private debt, real estate, as well as asset management (fixed income and equities). LFPI Group has offices in Paris, Geneva, Luxembourg, Vienna, Bad Homburg, Milan, New York, Miami, Hong Kong and Singapore.

LFPE S.A. is seeking an investment manager with at least four years of relevant experience. The Geneva Team focuses on making fund investments in small/mid-cap buyout GPs and making equity co-investments across Europe. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the investment process including screening, due diligence, execution and monitoring of portfolio investments. You will join a high calibre team of investment professionals with an entrepreneurial mind-set, within a structured and disciplined investment approach.

Responsibilities:

1. Play an integral role in the origination and execution of investment opportunities
2. Lead financial analysis and due diligence workstreams on fund and co-investment opportunities
3. Prepare investment memoranda and supporting materials for regular investment committee meetings
4. Monitor performance of portfolio investments and prepare investor reporting outputs
5. Support senior team members in the negotiation and execution of direct equity and fund
6. investments
7. Managing and coaching of junior staff throughout the investment process
8. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, as required

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree with an outstanding academic record
2. 4+ years of work experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance or transaction services
3. Established network of relationships with private equity managers is a plus
4. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
5. Fluency in written and spoken English (additional European languages are a plus)
6. Strong drive, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills
7. High level of integrity and demonstrated leadership potential
8. Eligibility to work in Switzerland
9. Flexibility for frequent travelling (typically within Europe)
