Description
Key Responsibilities- Deal Sourcing & Execution
- Assist in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities in healthcare, residential, and wellness-focused real estate.
- Support transaction execution including due diligence, financial modeling, and preparation of investment committee materials.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and operational teams to ensure smooth deal closing.
- Financial Analysis & Market Research
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment decisions.
- Assess risk-adjusted returns and prepare sensitivity analyses for various scenarios.
- Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with Asset Management, FP&A, and Capital Projects teams to align investment strategy with portfolio performance.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate investing, investment banking, private equity, or related field.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; advanced Excel proficiency required.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
