Performance Management
Lead mid-year and annual review processes, guiding managers on goals, feedback, and development.
Communicate performance feedback and track KPIs, including revenue metrics.
Recruitment & Staffing
Oversee full-cycle recruiting, partnering with managers on role requirements and staffing plans.
Manage visa sponsorships and gather market compensation benchmarks.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Implement onboarding programs and manage offboarding, including exit interviews and compliance.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
Ensure HR processes meet FINRA and SEC requirements and maintain accurate global employee records.
Partner with compliance teams to align HR practices with regulations.
Policy & Procedure Management
Enforce office policies, manage FINRA consultant relationship, and update HR policies and handbooks.
Employee Engagement, Training & Development
Support a positive culture, drive engagement initiatives, and coordinate training and development programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of HR experience, ideally in financial services or investment banking.
Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations. Knowledge of UK and German employment laws and regulations is a plus
Familiarity with FINRA and SEC compliance requirements.
Proven experience managing performance review cycles and KPI tracking.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across global offices.
