ACSET/West Michigan Works! is seeking a Health Care Industry Council Lead (Project Supervisor) to build employer partnerships, lead industry initiatives, and help develop solutions to the regions workforce needs.

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position offers an annual wage of $49,377 - $69,126, based on qualifications and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits, retirement plans with employer match, tuition reimbursement, financial wellness program, paid holidays, and accrued time off.

The Health Care Industry Council Lead (Project Supervisor) will facilitate industry councils and workgroups, manage projects, engage health care employers and community leaders, coordinate workforce initiatives and events, and provide recruitment and training-grant assistance. The position also includes communications, networking, reporting, and relationship-building with executives and other key partners.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Social Services, Public Administration, or a related field, along with 3-6 years of leadership experience in business or workforce administration, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
