The Company

Our client, a global manufacturing group with operations spanning multiple regions, is seeking a high-performing Group Financial Controller to join their finance team. This individual will lead global finance team across group-level and entity-level operations globally, engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

The Role

• Lead finance teams operating across various locations and countries, establishing and upholding robust financial controls, policies, and procedures while promoting a culture centered on excellence, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement.
• Review group consolidation and local financial reporting package
• Ensure the accurate and prompt completion of consolidated financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, complying with applicable accounting principles and all relevant statutory, tax, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in evaluating potential acquisitions and facilitate the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses, addressing operational processes, human resources, and technological systems.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with CPA qualification
• Proven track record in manufacturing industry with regional exposure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and stakeholders management
• Immediate available is a big plus
