| Job Summary | Map What Matters in Enterprise Infrastructure The University of Kentucky is seeking a GIS Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure team within Information Technology Services. This position is part of UK's evolving IT strategy and will report through the Technology Services department in Beyond Blue effective July 1, 2026. This role sits at the intersection of geospatial technology, data analytics, and enterprise infrastructure, supporting systems that map, monitor, and optimize the university's network and utility environments. You'll play a key role in maintaining and advancing a large-scale GIS platform built on ArcGIS, helping transform complex infrastructure data into actionable insights that support planning, risk mitigation, and decision-making across the university. | Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Reading architectural drawings, CAD applications, graphical mapping applications. IT system administration, MS Office, Visio, AutoCAD/Map3D/Raster Design, Navisworks, ArcGIS Driver's license preferred. |
