We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead key financial operations within our organization. This role requires a strong analytical mind, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex financial processes and contributing to the company's overall fiscal health.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage accurate financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Create and maintain budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
• Perform detailed variance analyses to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Build and refine complex financial models to evaluate business performance and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, to analyze and present data effectively.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies in all analyses and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and modeling techniques.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including expertise in VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record in variance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present financial data effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with various stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
