Description
Key Areas of Responsibilities- Responsible for month-end closing, daily financial accounting & book keeping of related legal entities
- Review daily and monthly FRR reporting of SFC licensed corporations
- Prepare various reconciliation reports and month end financial reports
- Provide coaching to the team and review work performed by junior team members
- Review client money segregation & desegregation
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and year-end tax filing
- Assist in year-end audit & regulatory assignments
- Engage in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting
- Member of HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership
- Team player, good personality and motivation
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficient in MS Office, experience in SAP is an advantage
- Proficiency in English
