About the job Finance Manager - Global Crypto Exchange

Company

Our client is a global crypto exchange and looking for a Finance Manager in either Singapore or Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Financial record and report: Accurately record and report the legal tender financial data of the trading platform, including assets, liabilities, income and expenditure, to formulate timely and accurate financial statements
• Fund management: Manage fiat currency accounts, ensure safe storage and monitoring of funds to support trading platform operations
• Reconciliation and audit: handles the accounting and reconciliation of fiat currency transactions, prepares audit documents and assists auditors
• Payment and settlement management: manages the payment and settlement process of fiat currencies to ensure smooth transaction settlement
• Tax administration: Assist in managing matters related to fiat currency taxation and ensure tax compliance, including tax filing, tax planning and tax reporting
• Compliance management: Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and compliance standards, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know your customer (KYC) requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, ACCOUNTING or related field.
• At least 4 years experience in financial fiat currency related field, trading industry experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of transaction regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) and Know your Customer (KYC) requirements
• Knowledge of trading market and trading platform operation is a priority
• Relevant financial certification, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred
• Candidates preferred to be in Singapore or Hong Kong
