OverviewTumwater, WA | The Pacific Northwest Section PGA of America, headquartered in Tumwater, Washington, has an opportunity for a dedicated individual to grow their career in association management. The Pacific Northwest Section provides membership, educational and tournament services to more than 1,400 PGA professionals in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. Conducting over 230 competitive events annually, the Section staff takes pride in providing excellent service to the membership.
Job Summary | This full-time position will provide administrative support, tournament leadership, and sponsorship sales to the Central Washington, Inland Empire, and Western Montana Chapters. Assisting the Chapter Board of Directors, managing Chapter communications and providing support to our on-site Chapter tournament personnel. This position will report to the CEO, PNWPGA in cooperation with the Boards of all three chapters. This position will serve out of an appropriate shared space within the boundaries of any one of the three chapters served.

Benefits
Compensation/Benefits | Exempt, salary employee. Starting salary is $68,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience, qualifications and to some extent, factors related to where chosen candidate lives) plus benefits. Very Aggressive Sponsor sales commission and performance bonus eligible, (Projected comp: $75,000+ based on the engagement, energy and emotional intelligence of the right candidate).
In addition to the above compensation, a competitive benefit package is also offered including:

- PGA dues (when in "good standing")
- PGA PGM expenses paid after year one
