Description
Our Drive the Future Program participants will join the JPMorganChase team in Colombia and will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence. This is a full-time intern role.In this opportunity, the Legal Entity Control team, is looking for a new participant. As a finance participant, you will provide support in the generation of reports and reconciliations used for analysis of the financial statements and regulatory reports in the accounting and financial area.
Job Description :
The Legal Entity Control (LEC) team is responsible for the preparation and analysis of the financial statements, and internal and regulatory reporting. The LEC intern is responsible for supporting the team in generating information and reports that are used for reconciliation purposes, ensuring accuracy and high quality in the corresponding deliverables.
Objectives :
Achieve a complete understanding of all the information generated by the team to actively participate in the preparation of internal and regulatory reports and support the generation of financial statements.
Responsibilities :
- Generate daily information for the control of regulatory limits such as FX position and reserve requirements.
- Update rates daily in accordance with established processes.
- Create clients for reporting and accounting purposes in accordance with established processes.
- Generate weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly regulatory reports.
- Reconciliation of financial statements
- Automate manual process to reduce manual intervention
Job Requirements :
- Student of careers such as Accounting, Business Administration and Finance.
- Full time availability
- Knowledge in Excel at an advance level.
- Knowledge of programming languages like VBA, Python, etc.
- Attention to detail and great capacity for analysis.
- Flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Advanced level of English to manage communications with internal teams
- 100% in person work
