My client, an excellent Health Tech Company is hiring for a Director of Actuarial Analytics to join the company. The Director of Actuarial Analytics will report to the Executive Director of FP& A with alot of interaction with the CFO of the company. For this position, deep expertise within Healthcare in forecasting, pricing & utilization analysis along with experience with Medicare/Medicaid and other commercial payer models. Compensation for this position is $190-210K + 25% Bonus + Equity. This company has been growing nicely on a consistent basis, could IPO down the road, is a 100% REMOTE company but does have an office space, offers excellent benefits, a great work life balance, alot of growth potential and more!

Requirements

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related
• ASA or FSA Association
• 8+ years of Actuarial experience in Healthcare with deep expertise in forecasting, pricing and utilization analysis
• Experience with government healthcare contracts (Medicare/Medicaid) and commercial payer models
• Advanced proficiency in various analytical tools
