| Job Summary | The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking a Department Manager Senior to support academic needs in the Department of Physics & Astronomy. This individual will:
Successful candidates must possess a broad understanding of an academic setting and be able to effectively communicate among various personalities. The Department Manager Senior will be expected to collaborate effectively and frequently with centralized College units, including the Dean's Office, Business Center, Space and Facilities, CaTS, Enrollment Management, Philanthropy, and Advising, along with units across campus and external to the University. This individual will serve as an advocate for the departments and faculty, and an active member of a team of Department Manager colleagues and College staff. Successful candidates must possess a broad understanding of an academic setting, be able to effectively communicate among various personalities and situations, and be a team player with a strong ability to multi-task and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. |
