Your role in helping us shape the future: We are seeking a Data Product Manager with expertise in healthcare data products to drive the development and enhancement of B2B data solutions that leverage healthcare data to improve hospital operations and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing detailed product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring product success in a complex regulatory and technical landscape. Requirements
You should definitely have:

Three years to five years of experience in product management within healthcare technology, health insurance, or healthcare analytics.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required

Proven experience writing detailed product requirements for data-driven B2B applications.

Knowledge of healthcare claims data, including CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, DRG, NPI, and provider taxonomies.

Understanding of risk adjustment methodologies.

Experience working with SQL, data warehouses, or healthcare data platforms.
It would be nice if you had:

Experience in data analytics, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and AI/ML
-
Background in Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance analytics
-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

The anticipated base salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, interview performance, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
