A day in the life.
As our Creative Lead on the Marketing team, you'll get to make a real impact by creating engaging emails, eye-catching marketing materials, and helpful sales tools for our producers. Reporting to our Content Marketing Leader and working with our amazing Content Team, we're hoping to find someone who thrives on deadlines and has a knack for keeping things organized and moving. In this role you will s upport our content strategy and the goals of the Private Client Services team through impactful design and marketing operations best-practices. You'll have the opportunity to create high-quality on-brand designed content swiftly for various platforms, including internal communications, client emails, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools. You'll also write and contribute to engaging short-form content such as emails and blog posts that capture the attention of our target audience, and support long-form thought leadership pieces through design to showcase our expertise and insights in the Private Client Services sector. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and subject matter experts, to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance. You'll also proof content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and assist in the development of presentations and other materials to support sales initiatives. You'll also be responsible for providing marketing operations support to the team via project management and run-of-business tasks.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the Adobe Suite of software.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, design, marketing, or communications, preferably within the insurance industry or consumer-facing company.
- Exceptional graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of best design practices for content and email marketing.
- Ability to offer marketing operations support to our team to further streamline processes and procedures and enhance our marketing operations.
- Proficiency in using content management systems, designing for email and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,500 to $105,900.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
