Job Purpose:
Manage day to day accounting operations including monthly financial reporting, maintenance of accounting system, reviewing and recording payroll entries, cash and asset management, maintenance of internal controls and enhancing the accuracy of reported financial results. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities and Associated Duties:
- Ensure preparation, review and submission of monthly reports for all entities as required by parent company
- Oversee operations of the accounting department, including the organizational structure to ensure the achievement of department and company goals and objectives
- Monitor and prepare daily cash worksheet to accurately reflect company cash position
- Produce, review and submit monthly sales tax returns by required due dates
- Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures
- Review and process upload of payroll entries
- Ensure monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all entities are accurate, complete and submitted timely
- Assist in the annual budget process
- Manage and coordinate all documentation for annual audits for all entities
- Prepare, distribute and reconcile Capital Asset requisitions per company policies
- Protect ACW assets and values by maintaining confidential information and enforcing internal controls

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Significant knowledge of general accepted accounting principles
- Demonstrate knowledge of ERP system.
- Ability to make judgment decisions where several courses of action are present
- Ability to interpret and explain financial procedures and policies.
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret and write business reports, technical procedures and accounting entries
- Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Communicate professionally and possess excellent phone etiquette.
- Intermediate computer skills required with demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Must possess knowledge of general office duties and equipment.
- Ability to work well with others in a changing, complex environment across multiple states and internationally
- Must work well in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
- Unquestionable integrity
Final candidate for the position will be required the following:
