Yarra Clinic is a well-established private psychiatry and psychology practice experiencing sustained growth in high-quality referrals. We are inviting expressions of interest from consultant psychiatrists seeking flexible contract work within a calm, well-run group practice.

The practice

Yarra Clinic currently comprises three psychiatrists supported by a full-time practice manager with four years’ tenure, and a stable local administration team. Clinical workflows are efficient. Billing is predictable. Referrals are appropriate and well screened.

Consultations can be delivered via telehealth, or from our thoughtfully designed consulting rooms in Camberwell, Victoria. A hybrid mix of telehealth and in-person is also possible.

The role

• Contractor arrangement within a private group practice
• Telehealth or hybrid options available
• Flexible scheduling with at least one day per week preferred
• Strong autonomy over clinical style and workload

Clinical mix

We receive a broad range of general adult psychiatry referrals. The practice also receives a steady number of ADHD assessment referrals. These assessments are well structured, appropriately timed, and supported by administration. An openness to this work is highly regarded, though the role is not positioned as an ADHD-only practice.

Fees and payments

• Practice fee: 25% + GST
• Invoicing and payments processed weekly
