As a Clinical Team Leader, you will work closely with the Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, coordinate patient care activities, and help ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys being a clinical resource, mentor, problem-solver, and leader while remaining connected to patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
• Support the Nurse Manager with day-to-day department operations
• Help maintain high standards of patient care, quality, and safety
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses and other members of the healthcare team
• Assist with coordinating patient care and addressing clinical concerns
• Support orientation, mentoring, competency, and development of nursing staff
• Identify opportunities for performance and quality improvement
• Promote effective communication between nurses, physicians, patients, families, and hospital departments
• Help resolve patient and service concerns
• Support regulatory readiness and department standards
• Encourage teamwork, accountability, professional growth, and a positive work environment

We are looking for experienced nurses who demonstrate:

• Strong patient assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Leadership and delegation abilities
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, professional, and collaborative approach
• The ability to mentor, teach, and support other nurses
• A commitment to quality patient care and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Indiana RN licensure
• BSN preferred
• Charge Nurse experience required
• Previous supervisory or management experience is a plus
• Specialty certification required or obtained within one year of accepting the position
• Current certifications required for the applicable specialty
• Relevant clinical experience within the area of specialty
