Description
Prepare and present detailed reports of findings from market research, client feedback, and revenue data, illustrating data graphically using MS Excel tools such as Linear Histogram
Analysis and Cross-tab Analysis to highlight trends, and translating complex data into clear written text for presentations to President. Collect and analyze client's demographics,
preferences, needs, and buying habits using Qualtrics and STATA to identify potential markets. Utilize (link removed).cn to identify and respond RFPs opportunities in Chinese legal
markets and competitive landscapes, and employ Logistic Analysis and Regression Analysis to predict future clients behaviors and market shifts. Collaborate with marketing professionals
and accountant at law firms that collaborate with Company, and pollsters to research clients opinions and marketing strategies. Conduct surveys and opinion polls to gauge client
satisfaction, utilizing WeChat and Qualtrics for digital survey distribution, and measure employee satisfaction through structured feedback programs to ensure continuous improvement in
client service delivery. Design and evaluate methods for collecting data, including creating and deploying surveys, questionnaires, and online feedback tools. Handle the client intake data
collection process on behalf of the President and the law firms that collaborate with Company via Inszoom to enhance market analysis and business development strategies. Analyze the
effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communication strategies using data from STATA, MS Excel, and other analytical tools. Create visual presentations using Linear Histogram
Analysis to demonstrate the success or areas of improvement for advertising initiatives. Seek and provide essential market information to help the company determine its position in the
marketplace. Gather and analyze competitor data including pricing, sales strategies, and distribution methods to refine the company's marketing approach. Forecast and track revenue
trends via assistance to collection team at law firms that collaborate with Company on behalf of the President and the Company, utilizing Cross-tab Analysis to identify shifts in customer
preferences and market demand. Develop action plans to address feedback and improve service levels based on collected data. Work with President to draft proposals, incorporating
findings from market research and customer analysis to enhance sales presentations and pitches. Direct survey and manage the administration of surveys via WeChat and Qualtrics to
ensure accurate and efficient data collection. Employ tools like STATA to run Regression Analysis that helps in refining marketing campaigns to maximize Company’s revenue.

Requirements
Master's Degree in Communication Related field. 12 months of experience working as Business development specialist with experience in Inszoom, chinabidding.com.cn, STATA, Qualtrics, MS Excel, Histogram, Cross-tab, Linear, Logistic Regression Analyses and professional Wechat usage
