JPMorganChase is reimagining Chase Tower Chicago to deliver premier client and amenity spaces. We are seeking a strategic Dining Manager to lead the employee dining program, partnering with top vendors and stakeholders to enhance the workplace experience. This senior leader will collaborate across Amenity Services, Technology, and corporate functions, supporting a dynamic environment for 8,000 employees and visitors daily, and ensuring our amenity spaces remain active and engaging throughout the day.As a Dining Manager on the Amenity Services team, you will drive the vision and daily operations of Chase Tower Chicago's employee dining, collaborating with top vendors and stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality dining solutions. You'll oversee a vibrant environment for 8,000 employees and visitors, ensuring amenity spaces are engaging throughout the day. Your leadership will foster excellence, hospitality, and well-being, positioning Chase Tower Chicago as a leader in workplace amenities and employee experience.
Job responsibilities
- Strategically develop and implement multi-concept dining programs, including chef-driven and branded concepts.
- Effectively oversee branded concepts and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
- Consistently demonstrate leadership by integrating cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
- Clearly communicate and organize priorities to drive operational excellence.
- Directly leverage food and beverage experience to lead transformation initiatives.
- Proactively manage vendor relationships, performance, and compliance with branding and operational standards.
- Diligently implement and monitor KPIs, healthy dining standards, and risk management activities.
- Innovatively drive digital dining solutions and collaborate on new program strategies.
- Regularly analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks to inform menu and program development.
- Collaboratively manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost-saving initiatives with finance partners.
- Swiftly resolve service issues, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and continuous improvement in dining operations.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrate strong client focus in all interactions and operations.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Apply business management and analytical skills to drive results.
- Develop and write comprehensive business cases.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Manage vendor teams across varying levels of experience.
- Lead multi-unit foodservice operations.
- 10+ years of relevant foodservice experience in restaurant or business environments.
- Develop and execute long-term program strategies.
- Oversee project management and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage budgets, crisis situations, and integrate technology solutions such as digital tools, mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, and contactless payment systems.
