Title: Capital Formation Associate

Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a highly accredited global alternative asset management actively looking to add a Capital Formation Associate to their team in Birmingham, AL. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to investing across real estates and private capital strategies within real estate and power. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on a lean team reporting directly to the Head of Capital Formation and Global Head of Capital Formation.

This Capital Formation Associate Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global marketing strategy to strengthen fundraising efforts.
• Create and update investor materials such as presentations, pitchbooks, fund overviews, research, due diligence, etc. to support fundraising efforts.
• Oversee the full due diligence process for prospective investors by coordinating data rooms, DDQs, tracking information requests and partnering with internal teams.
• Maintain and enhance the CRM and data workflows to ensure investor information, fundraising progress, and pipeline activity are accurately organized and consistently updated.

Capital Formation Associate Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of investor relations, capital formation, fund accounting, or investor reporting role at an alternative asset manager, placement agent, or relevant financial service experience.
• Bachelor's or Maters degree in finance, economics, business, or related fields.
• STRONG technical skills: Excel, RFP, DDQ, etc.
• Familiarity with Alternative Investment Products
