Candidates must meet U.S. person requirements (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or other protected individual). The position is expected to onboard at an American Rheinmetall location and transition into primarily being located in Warsaw, Poland, for an 18+ month assignment. Further position details will be provided during screening. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bradley Master Gunner with strong proficiency in Battle Damage Assessment and Repair (BDAR) procedures to support vehicle repair efforts in Poland. This role involves direct technical support, gunnery expertise, and BDAR capabilities for M2A2/M2A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicles. Essential Functions:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Bradley Fighting Vehicle gunnery, maintenance, and lethality systems.
- Conduct Battle Damage Assessment and Repair (BDAR) on-site, providing immediate and effective solutions to return vehicles to operational status.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Bradley turret and hull systems including fire control, optics, sensors, and weapons.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and perform full system operational checks to verify vehicle systems functionality.
- Support and adhere to all company safety and environmental regulations & policies.
- Prepare integration plans and schedules to support vehicle repair efforts.
- Track material availability for vehicle repair as required.
- U.S. Army certified Bradley Master Gunner (M2A2/M2A3 preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating and maintaining Bradley Fighting Vehicles.
- Ability to understand multi-disciplinary complex systems and how they interact. (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Cooling)
- Strong track record of tackling complex problems though planning, organizing, and executing action plans
- Practical 'hands on' attitude with the ability to operate independently.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in a variety of settings and be able to assimilate complex instructions easily.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff to establish productive relationships. Superior consultation, diplomacy, influencing and negotiating skills is required.
- Must possess the ability to explain complex concepts in a way that makes sense to someone less knowledgeable about the topic.
- Must promote collaboration and facilitate teamwork across the organization and its external service providers.
- Must display exceptional listening and analytical skills in order to understand customer concerns and needs with the ability to respond promptly and effectively to those needs.
- High level of self-motivation and standards with the ability to multi-task; balancing "analysis" with "doing".
- U.S. Army certified Bradley Master Gunner
- BSc Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Aerospace, Automotive)
- Extensive Combat Vehicle Technical Build and Test Experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Extensive experience integrating, testing, and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems will be considered in lieu of degree
- Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks and controlled substance testing.
- All employment at ARV is contingent upon the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if the position requires it.
