Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its sophisticated Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring practice group. Bond is an AmLaw 200, full-service law firm of more than 300 attorneys with 14 offices located across New York State, Boston, MA, Kansas City, KS, Naples, FL and Newark, NJ.
Locations Hiring: Albany, Buffalo, Long Island (Melville), New York City, Rochester, and Syracuse, NY.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters
Admitted to practice in New York state
J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Excellent academic credentials and communication skills

The compensation and title for this position will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. Attorneys may also be eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
The anticipated good-faith salary range for candidates hired as an Associate is $144,000 – $246,000.
The anticipated good-faith salary range for candidates hired as Senior Counsel is $150,000 - $300,000.
Candidates hired at the Member level will be compensated in accordance with the Firm’s Member compensation structure, with compensation determined in part by the value and anticipated portability of the candidate's existing book of business, as well as experience, practice needs, and other relevant factors.
