Description

Attorney - Fund Finance (NY, NY). Provide advice to & represent funds, ranging from private equity funds, strategy funds & credit funds to infrastructure funds, in connection w/ reviewing, negotiating & drafting loan docs for bilateral or syndicated, & secured or unsecured, term loan facilities, revolving credit facilities, acquisition facilities, NAV facilities & hybrid facilities. Reqs Juris Doctor or Master of Laws deg, or foreign equiv. Must have 4 yrs of exp: managing signing deliverables, checklists & transaction timeline in connection w/ financing transactions; reviewing corporate governance docs; drafting client deliverables; coord'g responses to banks' know-your-customer requests; keeping track of various financings of clients, such as impending maturities & compliance reqmts relating to financing facilities; & managing communications w/ law firms in other jurisdictions representing clients. Experience must incl representing funds clients (ranging from private equity funds, strategy funds & credit funds to infrastructure funds) in connection w/ financing transactions ranging from fund financing & establishment of employee loan prgms to public & private co. acquisition financing. Must be licensed to practice law in NY. $385,000 - $395,000/yr.
