How you'll make a difference?
The Associate Product Manager supports the development, planning, and execution of marketing activities for the U.S. Limb Lengthening and Reconstruction product portfolio.This role assists senior marketing leaders in driving product adoption, supporting sales teams, coordinating educational initiatives, and gathering market insights to help guide product and program development.
What will your duties and responsibilities be?

Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing strategic and tactical marketing plans to support growth of the limb lengthening and reconstruction portfolio.
Support collection of customer feedback and help translate requirements into product enhancements, line extensions, and new program ideas.
Contribute to development and execution of product launch activities.
Support creation and updates to product positioning, messaging, and promotional content.
Coordinate with MarCom to develop collateral, promotional materials, and educational tools.
Partner with Sales, R&D, Clinical, RA, QA, Operations, Payer Development, Reimbursement, Training, Med Ed, Compliance, Patient Services, Legal, and other internal teams to support product and program execution.
Assist in communication with Key Opinion Leaders and advisory boards for project coordination and material development.
Support training teams in preparation of sales training and medical education resources.
Assist in collecting and analyzing market data to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
Help coordinate trade show strategy, planning, and onsite support as needed.
Manage logistical tasks for marketing programs, surgeon education, and sales training events.
Assist with managing purchase orders, vendor coordination, and tracking of marketing expenses.
Develop and maintain procedural knowledge and key surgeon relationships by attending cases and providing product demonstrations to surgeons or sales representatives.
What skills and experience will you need?
Undergraduate degree required.
13 years of experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Marketing, Sales, Clinical, or related field (internships and co-ops included).
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desire to grow into increasing levels of leadership and project ownership.
What qualifications are preferred?
Experience with Class III devices or durable medical equipment (DME).
Prior experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, or clinical education programs.
Sales or sales support experience in orthopedics or other surgical specialties.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS
Regularly required to sit for extended periods; frequently stand, walk, and use standard business equipment.
May need to reach, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Vision and hearing must be correctable to standard levels.
U.S. travel up to 50%.
