Our client is a global leader in Corporate Services and is looking to hire an Associate or AVP level candidate to join their Fund Reporting team, focusing on financial reporting and accounting for a portfolio of Real Estate investments.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

1. Review monthly/ quarterly financial reports and valuations such as NAV/ Cash analysis
2. Provide support for deal acquisition and management in accounting and reporting functions
3. Help the team lead with asset sales, including preparing fund flows and working with tax teams, and support the portfolio deal management in accounting and reporting.
4. Review monthly reports, check quarterly valuations (NAV, debt, and cash), and tracked liquidity and cash regularly.
5. Work closely with the relevant internal teams such as legal, tax and legal teams to ensure smooth flow of deliverables
6. Be involved in projects such as process improvements initiatives to improve workflow

To be eligible for this role you shall have:

1. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in fund reporting or fund finance, with exposure to Private Equity or Real Estate funds.
2. Bachelor'sdegree in accounting / finance
3. Certified Chartered accountant or equivalent
4. Hands on Team management or vendor management experience is essential. Experience in managing an offshore team shall be a plus.
5. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a high-pressure environment
