Our rapidly expanding, private equity-backed restaurant group is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our Boston team. With 15+ locations and growing, we are committed to building streamlined, scalable accounting processes to support continued expansion.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee restaurant-level accounting across all locations
• Lead month-end close processes for multi-entity operations
• Support the annual audit and ensure compliance with financial standards
• Partner with operations to drive process improvement and efficiencies

Requirements

• 6+ years accounting experience, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Proven expertise managing multi-entity close processes
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Boston
