We’re seeking an Architecture Intern to join our world class firm in Honolulu, Hawaii.

As an intern with our Architecture team, you will support your interdisciplinary team of engineers and architects with design concepts, visual renderings, product research, and detail development. Helping prepare technical reports, conducting site visits and participating in project meetings when needed. You’ll assist in creating multiple building designs and drawings through freehand sketch and the use of design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Collaborating with our senior designers, project managers, and engineers you’ll be able to scale, model and construct world-class work for our clients across the globe.
Our internship program involves working 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks. This allows students to receive valuable mentoring and learning while being fully immersed in Jacobs culture.

Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program
Rising senior year (3 years of completed coursework prior to starting internship) in a Bachelors degree program in Architecture or currently in a graduate program
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup
United States Citizenship
Ability to work 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks, being physically present in the Honolulu, HI office a minimum of 3 days per week
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Previous design internship with a consulting or engineering firm
3.0 GPA
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup
