We are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent Analyst to join our Capital Investor Relations team and support our fundraising and capital analytics initiatives. Reporting directly to Managing Director, David Hicks, and working closely with Co-Founder, Chad Braun, you will play a critical role in expanding our investor reach, enhancing communication strategies, and delivering sophisticated analysis to support our capital raising efforts.

Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or comparable field or related work experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and demonstrated drive for success
- Proven ability to build relationships, trust, and confidence with diverse stakeholders
- Collaborative team player who excels working both independently and as part of a team
- High degree of integrity and professional standards
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the institutional investment landscape across verticals including RIAs, single-family offices, endowments, and pension funds
- Familiarity with private equity and/or real estate investment industry
- Previous client service, investment sales, and/or research experience
