Responsibilities
ETQ is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to power scalable growth across our go-to-market teams. You will build clear pipeline visibility, improve sales process execution, and deliver timely analytics that inform decisions by Sales Leadership, Finance, and Marketing.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline coverage, deal progression, velocity, and conversion across regions and teams.
• Maintain governance and hygiene of account, contact, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Partner with Sales Leadership on territory design, quota assignments, and coverage models.
• Support forecasting cadence with trend analyses, and attainment tracking.
• Generate CPQ quotes for sellers.
• Partner with Finance on bookings reconciliation.
• Partner with Marketing Ops on lead attribution and pipeline generation/coverage tracking.
• Document and flowchart GTM business processes; translate them into clear SOPs.
• Drive ad-hoc analyses and special projects that improve seller productivity and deal velocity.
Education / Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 35 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Strong Salesforce skills and familiarity with reporting/BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Power BI or similar).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL or Snowflake experience a plus.
• Experience with sales tech stack (Gong, Sales loft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, People ai) strongly preferred.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
